Are there any hidden fees associated with bookings? There are no hidden fees. Rates are inclusive of fuel, chauffeur, vehicle, airport parking and Salik.
Can I make changes to my booking? Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To amend your booking please whatsapp on +971542206206 or send an email to operations@trip-ez.com
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled? Our team monitor the flight timings (in case of arrival) to ensure pickup is arranged as per the new arrival time. If the flight is cancelled then cancellation policy terms apply.
How much luggage is allowed? The amount of luggage depends on the vehicle chosen.
What is the cancellation policy? Client can cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If trip is cancelled / amended less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time or in the event of no show, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
What is the refund policy? We want our customers to be happy however TripEZ is not responsible for any quality of service provided by the operator. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
What can I do if I forgot my belongings in the vehicle? We are not liable for lost /damaged of belongings left in the vehicle. If your lost item is found that can be collected from the office. We can also deliver the item to your hotel at an additional charge.
What is the complimentary waiting time? Complimentary waiting time for airport arrival is 90 minutes and for other pickup/departure is 15 minutes.
Can I add a stop-over in my ride? Stop-over during the ride is not permitted.
