Personal Information, Email & Privacy Policy

Upon registration we collect your personal information as entered & confirmed by you to be true. Your personal information is stored by for the purpose of sending email about the offers that TripEZ brings to its subscribers, and also to confirm/verify the process of payments for the bookings done by the subscriber/user at TripEZ website. Upon registration you will receive emails from TripEZ about TripEZ offers, Newsletters, marketing emails on behalf of TripEZ operators promotions & events. Your personal information is safe with TripEZ, and we will not disclose any subscriber/user information with any Third Party that is not affiliated or in business with TripEZ. Your personal information will also be used to better understand the requirement of TripEZ & its’ subscribers/users in order to bring you the best offers in town. The user/subscriber can unsubscribe from such emails at any time from the links provided within the email, to stop receiving any further emails which may take up to 2-3 working days to be in effect.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when required to protect the TripEZ rights, protect the safety & security of other users/subscribers to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on TripEZ website. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries.

Policy Amendment

TripEZ has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions and its policy on this page at any time which will be effective at the same time of amendment, and will accordingly inform the Users/Subscribers on the main page of TripEZ or via an email.

Fees & Charges

There are no fees charged to subscribe/register at TripEZ, except for the transfers bookings done through Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

User Equipment

User/Subscriber shall be wholly and solely responsible for their equipment & charges related to those equipment used to access TripEZ website.

TripEZ will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the User/Subscriber’s equipment resulting from the use of TripEZ website.

Copyright & Trademarks

Everything located on or in TripEZ website, including the Microsites, is the exclusive property of TripEZ or used with express permission of the copyright and/or trademark owner

Any copying, distributing, transmitting, posting, linking, deep linking, or otherwise modifying of TripEZ or any of the Microsites without the express written permission of TripEZ is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks & Logos displayed at TripEZ are a trade mark of TripEZ, which is either produced/developed by TripEZ &/or its partners/businesses that are promoted on TripEZ website. Any unauthorized use of the content of this website or violation of this policy may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Refunds

We want our customers to be happy however TripEZ is not responsible for any quality of service provided by the operator.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Age Requirement

TripEZ Users/Subscribers are only eligible to register/subscribe/transact at TripEZ if they are 18 years of age & above.

Credit/Debit Card Usage

Please ensure that the bookings done through Credit/Debit Card is with your own Credit/Debit Card using your own TripEZ account, and not a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party TripEZ account. Any purchase that is done through a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party TripEZ account, will entail to invalidation of a booking done through that Account/Card at any time, and no refunds will be offered by TripEZ.

Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy

User can cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.  If trip is cancelled / amended less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time or in the event of no show, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

User Conduct

By using our service, the user agrees to adhere the driver’s instruction and behave in a respectful manner throughout the ride.
In the event of any damage to the vehicle interior due to vomiting, food stains or any other damage an additional charge will apply to cover the maintenance cost.
